The need was personal. The work is operational.
Founder Rishi Sachdev started TalkDoc after living with anxiety and seeing how fragile support can feel in a crisis. The company focused first on people covered by Medi-Cal in California—and stayed there.
The mission is simple: make Medicaid mental healthcare easier to reach, led by licensed clinicians, and worth trusting.
