Merced County Human Services Agency (HSA) processes Medi-Cal applications. Apply online through BenefitsCal, over the phone, or at local customer service centers.

  • Phone: Call 209-385-3000 Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
  • In person: Visit 2115 Wardrobe Ave, Merced for assistance.
  • Drop-off: Use secure document drop boxes at HSA offices if you cannot stay for an appointment.
