    Create an account and share your plan and county. We check coverage and availability first, so you never invest hope in a door that isn't open.

    Match with a licensed clinician

    When coverage and capacity allow, choose psychiatry, therapy, or both. A licensed professional leads every clinical decision—someone in your corner from the first visit.

  3. 03

    Start care by video

    Join a secure video visit from wherever you feel comfortable. Many people are seen within about a week when appointments are open.

What to expect in a visit.

  • Your clinician leads the visit—evaluation, treatment plan, and any prescriptions when appropriate.
  • You will need a quiet place, a stable connection, and a few minutes before the appointment to join the link.
  • AI may support scheduling or limited tools. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace your clinician.

Every situation is different. Decisions about medical leave, rehabilitation programs, and benefits are made by employers, schools, plans, and public programs under their own rules. Your clinician and care team help you understand your options—honestly, and at your side.
